MMBN:PoN - Net Battle (Cover)

Turns 3 random unoccupied enemy panels into sand, then grows 3 cacti (50 HP) out of them. As time passes, the cacti bloom, spreading paralyzing pollen in a + shape and turning those panels into sand. The original panels are turned into sea panels. Hitting a cactus with an Aqua attack spreads pollen again.
