A list of commands that this library offers you as a mod creator.
  ∙ new_summon(user, character_id, rank) - Creates a new Virus Summon using the library.
    ∙ user - The entity who is using the action. Most commonly a Player using a Battle Chip.
    ∙ character_id - A string representing the virus to be summoned.
    ∙ rank - Optional. The rank to summon the virus at. Defaults to Rank.V1.
  ∙ obtain_user_summon_rank() - Calculates the Summon Rank based on the user's data. Must be used after `new_summon`.
  ∙ create_summon_action() - Returns an Action bound to the user. Must be used after `:new_summon`.
  ∙ set_owner(entity_or_team) - Sets the owner of a summon. If unset, there will be no limits on the summoned Virus.
  ∙ set_valid_ranks({ranks}) - Sets a {list} of valid Ranks for summoning. Something like {Rank.V1, Rank.V2, Rank.V3, Rank.Omega} would be for BN3 Virus Summons.
  ∙ set_summon_base_health(number) - Sets a basic amount of health for the summon. Overrides default values for the Virus.
  ∙ enable_health_transfer(bool, bool) - Enables health transfer, allowing you to drain Current health (first argument) and Maximum health (second argument). Set (true, false) to only drain current, or (false, true) to only drain maximum. Defaults to (false, false)
  ∙ set_health_transfer_ratio(int, int) - Sets a ratio of health paid by the user to raise the health of the summon. Requires health transfer to be enabled. First argument is the health the user loses, second argument is the health gained by the virus. For instance (5, 1) costs the user 5 Health to raise the Virus health by 1. Both values default to 1.
  ∙ set_drain_can_kill_user(bool) - Toggles whether health transfer can kill the user of the summon. Defaults to false.
  ∙ set_summon_can_float(bool) - Tells the library if the summon is allowed to spawn on broken tiles. Defaults to false.
  ∙ set_summon_max_health(int) - Tells the library how much health the summon is allowed to have via health transfer. If unset, defaults to 300 or 10% of the user's max health, whichever is smaller.

Level corresponds directly to chip tier, so 1 is Object Toss, 2 is EX, 3 is SP, 4 is Omega.
Charge Times are in frames at 120, 150, 180, and 210 based on level. However, they are then reduced by Charge Level x 10.
