Library for turn based actions within a character mod.

Prevents deleted entities from blocking turn progression.

Supports multiple turn tracking systems:
 - Basic Tracker, cycling between multiple entities
 - Directional Tracker, allows entities with differing facing directions to take turns at the same time
 - Lock, the first ready entity claims control
 - Per Team Lock, similar to lock, allows entities on different teams to take turns at the same time

Gives effects based on number of times used per turn. Resets on cust open
1. Chip Damage +10. Gives half this effect to teammates.
2. Reduces next incoming damage by 10. Gives half this effect to teammates.
3. Next CS becomes a PlusBomb (75+ATK*15). Your teammates gain a LilBomb(25+ATKx10) on Chargeshot. 
4. Recover 10HP. Gives half this effect to teammates.
5. Summon a Spikey virus. Goes on cooldown for a turn. When on cooldown gives Chip Damage +10.
10. Next CS becomes a BigBomb(100+ATK*15). Your teammates gain a PlusBomb(25+ATKx10) on Chargeshot.

Menacing Viruses: Gain SummonerMount.

Abilities:
Normal Power: Null chips deal 25% extra damage.

Normal Attacker: Buster has a 35% chance to shoot a mini shot for 1.5x damage. Speed of the shot scales with SPD.
